I used to pay monthly premium of Rs. 1000 per month. In September 2014, i had asked them to do hotel bookings in Kerala. After reaching the hotel, i was told no rooms are booked on my behalf. At end moment, i booked room in another hotel. After i came back to Mumbai a week later, Citrus told me that they had booked room.

I had paid Rs. 24000 premium in total. For no reason they deducted Rs. 15000 from this amount saying its hotel charges (which was never booked).
