Citrus Check Inns — Not got my money back

This is to inform you that I have three policy with Citrus Check Inns whose maturity has completed in 2015. Various amount invested in the policy is

Total = Rs 1, 85, 000
After doing so much of followup and raising the complaint I have not received any feedback from them. I have all three certificate but where and how to get my money back. Please let me know I am badly in need of money.
