I am writing with a deep sense of concern and hope regarding my long-standing association with Citrus Check Inns. I have been a holder of the Holiday Entitlement Certificate since May 2014, and over the years, I have diligently paid all instalments under the scheme, trusting in the promise of memorable holidays and quality service.

Regrettably, despite my continued commitment, I have not received any of the services I was entitled to under the plan. Recently, I came across the news that Citrus Check Inns has gone into liquidation, and its assets are being auctioned under the supervision of SEBI. I understand that approximately ₹1297 crores have already been recovered1.

Given these developments, I humbly request guidance on the procedure to claim a refund of the amount I have paid. I am deeply hopeful that justice will be served and that the hard-earned money invested by individuals like myself will be returned.
