We are from Chennai and have made online payment towards gas cylinder supply from Dev Gas Agency, guduvanchery, Chennai . The amount paid was 742/- as against actual bill amount of 729/-. However the agency has not received the online payment and we have had to pay them again. We have paid through ezpay and the payment routed through citrus pushpam. Since the payment has not gone to Dev gas agency we request for a refund of this amount as we have paid twice. Please let us know what other details you require from us. Payment was made on 14/05/2019
