Dear Citrus team,
My self Mahesh Jagtap. I did the tranaction of Rs.618.21/- through Axis bank credit card on 15th of July (HP gas refill pay through ezy suvidha app). But at that time the payment was failed but bank charge me the same amount on my credit card. i ask to hp gas dealer online payment received or not. They reply me not received. so, i paid the amount by cash at the time of gas delivered to me. i raised the dispute transaction request to bank as per discussion with bank. So, kindly check the payment status & send me the email to clear the issue. For reference please see the attached screenshot for payment failure.
