I placed an order on Zara and paid Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd the sum of 5, 580 using UPI. My account has been debited in full, but Zara has not received it and has cancelled my order. According to my bank statement, the funds were successfully sent to Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd's account.
