I placed an order on Zara and paid Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd the sum of 5, 580 using UPI. My account has been debited in full, but Zara has not received it and has cancelled my order. According to my bank statement, the funds were successfully sent to Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd's account.

I’d like the refund to be initiated as soon as possible.

I ordered something from zara application from my iOS device and choose pay via UPI by my google pay account and after that they asked me to give allowance from my google pay app and i did so, but amount of 3, 480 debited from my account and it is showing clearly that its received by CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.and now the zara app is poping that payment is pending n they canceled my order i want my money back as soon as possy...
