Citruseazypay — Payment deducted from bank, but not credited to the beneficiary

I had made payment of rs 1440/- to municpal corporation of amritsar, dt. 10-9-22 thru citruseazypay with ref id np: [protected]. but payment has not been credited to my account of municipal corporation of amritsar. kindly take the necessary action and inform us as soon as possible.
