There is a unauthorised payment of 65770 to unknown account on[protected] through HDFC netbanking. my money got deducted from hdfc bank but did not where the payment is done and by whom.

I have made payment of Rs 103341/- through HDFC net banking to peda energy development agency on Citruseazypay.
My amount get debited but does not reflect in merchant account

The message was received after I amde HDFC NetBanking payment through CITRUSEAZYPAY "Thanks for paying Rs.4, 822.00 from A/c XXXX1536 to CITRUSEAZYPAY via NetBanking." but amount not credited to my Water Bill ac of HSVP as yet ....

I had remitted an amount of ₹9650/- to DSOI, Delhi through Citru Eazypay gateway on 12 May 2021 vide Reference No [protected], Transaction ID MBP1bdd57d7f4299ebca774 with Response Code :E000.

On 13 May 2021 I received an email from the recipient i.e. DSOI Delhi, that the amount of ₹9650/- has not yet been credited into their account.

I am dharmendra kumar. I have paid my house tax through citruseazypay to municipal corporation rohtak. But my amount 572 Rs debited from my Hdfc account but not credit in the mcrohtak account therefore my house tax status is unpaid till now.
