Respected sir, I Mr. J. Ashok Kumar, i wanted to do P.hD in Medical anatomy, i tried in many universities but i didn't get because of lack of proper reference. I decided to take help from some consultancy and i approached Mr. Ram Babu, City Academy, Allwyn Hospital Building, Chintal Basthi Lane, Khairatabad, Hyderabad- 500004, Land Mark: Opposite Shadan College. On 19/07/2013, He promised me that " i have contacts with many universities, i will talk and get admission in any one of those universities, now you should pay Rs. 50, 000/- (fity thousand rupees only) ". then i paid Rs. 50, 000/- (fity thousand rupees only)to him and i did wait for three academic years and i reminded many times, finally he said that " we couldn't get admission, we will refund your amount in three installments" then i said ok. He refunded Rs. 20, 000/- (twenty thousand rupees only) in two installments (10, 000 + 10, 000), after that he didn't receive my call and kept my numbers in block list, then i realized that he is cheater, because of him i frustrated, lost my money, i lost three academic years of my time, paying monthly interest to that money.
