City Club — Checking city clubs

I have received the offer from City club, No. 146, Habibullah road, T. Nagar.

1. Complimentary gift
2. Agreement copy
3. 36 month EMI without interest for Rs. 20000. based that i have joined on 25.08.2015.

But still now City club card im not received.

Rs. 20000 spend thru my SBI credit card. But next month i have received credit card bill for Rs. 20000.

I talk to Mr. S. Guru in City club, he is not respond and i called to Mr.Nanthakumar and Mr.Bala krishnam, Guru, Nirmal, Sruthi, Siva, Prasanna several times, but no respond.

Also not received my agreement and EMI converted amount.

i called to My Executive Mr. NIRMAL and GURU but i heard very hard words from them.

I unhappy with employee's of city club.
