Sbi Card — fraud transaction of rs.10000 on my credit card

Dear Sir,

A fraud transaction of Rs.10000(payment made to AIRTEL, MUMBAI) has taken place on SBI card on[protected].Without the card no. and OTP the transaction of Rs.10000 has taken place. I only came to know when the customer care executive informed me.I asked to block the card. The card was blocked.

Since, this was a fraud transaction, I was asked to send a dispute form.I submitted the same day.I was told that after the dispute form the said transaction will be reversed.

SBI card doesn't agree to this and is not reversing the said fraudalent transaction...

I bought the SBI credit card 4 years ago.They sent the card and filled wrong address in their system .I was not getting any transaction details hence coukd not pay the bills on due dates.However after due date the executives would call and ask to make the required amount of payments.I used to make the payments immediately after that with fine and interests.Several times requested the customer care to make the address and mail I’d changes.Their contact number even we’re not working successfully.After 2 years I was fed up and stopped using the card and kept the balance about 3000 and asked them...

ATM Related Fraud:
Money Dispersed from my account beyond the ATM withdrawal limit and without sharing any Card/ PIN or account any other details.
Incident Occurred on 23rd Oct 2016, reported the same to bank helpline immediately and logged Complaint No: AT[protected].
The transaction is not made by me neither any details are shared. Also, the maximum limit of one time withdrawal from my account is Rs. 10000/-, however complete balance Rs. 32100/- is withdrawn in one go.

Please help in getting refund of my money.

My pan is aejpk8645n. Sbi venkatnagar branch, kakinada, andhra pradesh, with ifsc code: sbin0013392 has updated the same as aekpj8645n. This number was got rectified by me personally by visiting the branch on 06.07.2018. They have deducted tds of rs 11527/- during 2017-18 on my deposits. This amount is not appearing in form 26as. I have lodged a written complaint with the branch on 09.07.2018. Meanwhile i have filed my it return before 31.07.2018 without taking credit of this amount.
The branch manager is telling that all the tds matters are handled centrally at mumbai...

My account converted has been converted from personal to non personal by this bank without my knowledge.
So i requested for this problem to many times to branch office but they not sorted out.
Kindly solve this problem at your level.

House branch, chennai where un-authorised deduction have been made from my account for the past continuous 8 months without my knowledge and concern with transaction description of investement intermedi. Wrongfully transfered a sum of 53355/- in pft services account-[protected], ifsc code psib0021165, branch-punjab & sindh bank, karnikot, alwar, rajasthan through neft on[protected].in the same account i transfered 40345/- through neft on 3-8-2018. The reciving party of the amount is fraud and these amounts were to be transfered to someone else.
Its a kind request, to refund the transfered amount summing upto 93700/- as soon as possible....

I had applied for a sbi credit card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

I got one message from sbi stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of sbi credit card they mentioned

"we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

I have given all the documents. Please tell me what are the reasons for rejectting my application. And how...

A/c no. *06231 with sbi janakpuri new delhi (Ifsc code : sbin0050258)
After the merger of some banks with sbi, there is error of names in my account. I requested for cheque book and received one with only first holder's name printed on it. Joint holders name is missing. On complaining branch manager did not help as in their record name of the joint holder is existing. Passbook issued by branch also has record of both the holders.
Sbi helpdesk says cheque book issued is as per their record.
In fact, sbi branch and the control system both have different records and none of them...
