I called to customer care of sbi sending some other details pass word and neft transaction details balance inquiry to my personal mail id but they are not taking necessary actions kindly look into it is a data breache

    Unauthorised debit of my account

    I have the due payment of 11559.00 on 9th Jan 25 and I paid it on 16th Jan 25 through SBI card app and acknowledgement message also received for the payment.
    Today on 17 Jan SBI card debited my Sbi bank account with same amount 11559.00 even I haven't given any auto debit consent or permission.
    I am using other banks credit card also but not facing this kind of harrasment and silly behaviour which I am facing from SBI Card.br...

    As soon as i inserted the cash in the cardless deposit ...and clicked validate cash... the machine stopped i called the gaurd he said its ups not working as light gone and my money got stuck there as its sunday today time is 1 15 to 1;45 pm date is 12 jan 2025 ...i needed the money in urgent but it got stuck ..

      So I deposited money in cardless transaction into the account and the cash was locked and then after it showed that the transaction timed out .the amount was 25500 and I have a receipt of it, now it is not updated in my account as well as I don't have the money

        Money deducted - pmsby - rs 20 - without consent

        Today afternoon Rs.20 got auto deducted from my SBI account under PMSBY scheme which I have never enrolled nor given the permission to deduct my money.
        I want my money back into my account.
        Without any permission how can you enroll me and deduct money from my account??? Such unethical practice from SBI....

        Reduce Rate of Interest

        Hi SBI team,

        I would like to inform you that I am holding a home loan account and my loan Id is[protected]. This is about the rate of interest currently which is 9.25.

        I would request you to reduce my rate of interest against my home loan.

        I have one more query when we took the loan the tenure was 10 years . After making part payment of more than 4lakh rupee still the tenure is same....

        Credit card application reject due to F-55 DATABASE Defaulter

        Hello,

        I have applied for SBI credit card and it is showing error like F-55 DATABASE Defaulter. I don't have any SBI account or no connection with SBI. My CIBIL is 756.

        So, Can you please help me how to resolve this as I need SBI credit Card Urgently.

        Refund of ACH /ECS return charge

        Address: Patan, Palamu, Jharkhand, 822123

        An amount of 501 rupees is debited from my account at ACH /ECS return charges... I wanted refunded my money. I didn't understand why they deducted this amount. Please refund my money, i need this urgently.

        I'm Venkata Subramani From mylapore and
        I have used SBI credit card from 2017 to 2020, My limit is about 59, 000 but i paid more than 1, 25 lakhs, They still asking me to pay more and that agents coming to my home and torturing us. Recently my mom passed away (03/06/2024) in panimalar hospital, we have spent lots of money for her treatment.

        That agency persons are coming to home torturing us, They told initially...

        Amazon refund amount not received to my bank account

        Myself prathiksha, SBI card holder. I had Rs.56814 due for the month of may which need to be paind on 29th may 2024. I have made the payment on 28th may 2024. Though the payment has been done before the due date. Company has put payment dishonour fee. Request you help us het the refund

            I took an SBI home loan recently. While applying for the loan, they charged me 6000 INR for legal and valuation purposes. Now yesterday an additional 1000 INR was debited from my loan account stating it's for supplemental legal opinion charge. WTH SBI, how can you debit anything without my consent? also need clarity in the charges

              fraudulent transaction on my account

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am writing to inform you that I have been a customer of the State Bank of India, Ashti Branch (SBIN0002483), since 2012. My account number is [protected], which I have been using regularly. On 03/05/2023, Rs. 20, 000/- was fraudulently withdrawn from my account via SMS.               CSH WDL without any transaction debited money in my account

              I have accessed SBI ATM on 29.05.2024 at ATM ID no. S1NW[protected] for withdrawal of Rs.20000/- from my a/c [protected]. The amount was not dispensed. Instead my account was debited with Rs.20000/- and re-credited the same. Again, the amount of Rs. 20000/- was debited as "CSH WDL" without any Transaction id and ATM details. The amount was not dispensed to me. I request the same may be verified and amount recredited.

                Sbi has provided pizza hut voucher worth Rs 1000 but it is not redeemable in the entire state of Tamil Nadu. This is totally discriminatory against customers in Tamil nadu alone.
