I got a message from SBI saying :- Dear Customer, STOP has been placed on your Acc XXXXX485975 for the reason Other Reasons Part. .-SBI

Earlier, some amount was put on hold by cyber cell in my account which the manager said i had no need to worry about since it will be resolved eventually.

I made a payment through SBI Collect on 22/09/2025 for my college semester fees. The amount of ₹2210 was successfully debited from my bank account via Internet Banking.

However, on checking the SBI Collect payment history, the status still shows “Pending – Response Pending from Network”, and no receipt has been generated.

I submitted my mediclaim in the month of August 2025 regarding an Ayurvedic treatment I took. All the required documents were submitted to the SBI, Thuruthy branch at the proper time. I got the acknowledgement on 4 August.

Sir one of the my savings account there is amount deducted for insurance purposes without any intimation to me, when I contacted customer care service they are told visit branch but iam staying long distance from branch.so recredit my amount by cancelling policy.and also same insurance have in other bank account

A demat account was opened by SBICAP Securities Ltd when I opened my SBI savings account. At the time of opening, I was not clearly informed about the Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) of ₹590 per year.

I have never used this demat account — no trades, no holdings — but ₹1180 was deducted from my bank account (₹590 each for two years) on 01/07/2025.

When I contacted customer support, they said the charges were as per the signed form. However, the bank representative never explained the AMC. This feels like mis-selling and a hidden deduction, which is happening to many customers across India.

I request a refund of these charges and demand that such unethical practices be stopped.

I am raising this issue publicly so others can be aware and protected.

On dated 28/03/2025, an automatic mode an amount of Rs 97840/- has been deducted with transction details as "ACHDr ICIC[protected] TP ACH SLI ".
I am unabke to trace the details of transaction automatically happen. Branch also not able to extend any help in this regard.

I have taken pension loan in SBI. Last month, the tenure of loan is completed leaving with a balance of 1448.12.
