City Club — fraudulent and fake service commitments

Mr. Raja, introduced himself over mobile phone call as an executive from city club 3 months ago. He was following up with me for an appointment to join in life time membership with city club. He used to call me weekly twice.

He sent your field executive mr. Mani to my office and explained the offers and benefit of life time membership for about 30 minutes. (Through mr. Naveen, i came to know that most of the benefits, offers explained by mr. Mani are fake and fraudulent).

On 12/07/17, mr. Mani met and i made payment of rs. 13000 for life time membership and i was given few stay and spa coupons.

After i made payment, all of sudden, mr. Mani and mr. Raja were disappeared and didn't attend any of my phone calls. When i called from unknown number few times, someone attended and told that he went outside, bla, bla. The same answer was repeated when ever i tried to catch him from new numbers.

The mobile numbers of mr. Raja is not in use and switched off always.

As of now, they have never reverted back and updated the status.

Also i didnt get any call from city club till 25/07/17. When i searched in google and contact city club landline number, someone picked the call and asked me to come down to t nagar club.

During my discussion with ms. Raveena, i called to mr. Mani, infront of her also he did nt pick my call. I explained everything to her and gave complaint cum request letter for refund of my amount.

I have never ever come across such very worst customer service like this. I strongly assert that city club should answer to all this incidents and to take rigid action on your executives.
