Hi,

I got a call from single debt who explained about debt management plan and offered services to handle the debt creditors. I have paid 20000 for two months which is 40000 which they say is their fees and then 3rd month i paid 30000 which they say they will make payments to all my creditors and they have not. Also, their services have been of no use as none of the banks and creditors know them or listen to them. Single debt lawyers have been of no use and have not been able to provide me with the debt management plan. I am asking for a refund of my money but they have not refunded.
