By noticing Ad through Facebook I came to know about this company. By contacting through phone call I was given confidence of solving all my issues. As I was having no other options, I got enrolled and also paid around 15k for only sending legal notice to my creditors in the first week of Aug 2023. I was been told that there will be proper response from the creditors against these legal letters.
My creditors not even got bothered and they were calling me regularly. I also informed this matter to Single debt company. As per their request I shared the contact no who is calling regularly asking payment. But there was no result and I was forced to pay one month dues of all my creditors.
Next step was sending offer letter for which I was asked to pay 15k. I was told that there will be positive response from the creditors. By hearing this assurance, I paid another 15k in the end of Aug 2023. Even now (21/09/2023) I was getting regular calls from my creditors asking for payment. This means there is no positive action has been done from Single Debt Company.
In this way I am getting defaulted for continuous 2 months for not paying, in the view that Single Debit Company will be paying. But as of now no payments have been sent to my creditors. In this way I have lost 2 payments of around Rs.30, 000/- which i have paid to Single Debt company.
THIS IS A VERY BAD SERVICE.
DON'T EVER TRUST WITH THIIS COMPANY.
