1. I had booked an online bus ticket for self and friend with City Land Travels for a journey from Rishikesh to Chandigarh scheduled on 11th June 2025, with the boarding time at 11:20 PM from Nepali Farm, Rishikesh.
2. The bus (Reg No. AR06C3868) arrived only at 12:30 AM on 12th June 2025, a delay of more than 1 hour and 10 minutes, without any prior notification or communication. The helpline number was unresponsive despite repeated calls. This caused mental distress and inconvenience to all waiting passengers, including ladies, two foreign passengers and senior citizens.
3. On the way to destination around 03:15 AM on 12 Jun 25, we all the passengers of the bus were forcibly asked to switch over buses the bus drivers at a roadside restaurant near Sarsawa, Saharanpur from another City Land bus bound from Shimla to Rishikesh. This change over of passengers of both the buses in the middle of journey and mid night caused lots of inconvenience without explanation. Despite objections and discomfort, no proper justification or assistance was given.
4. The agent at Nepali Farm lounge was also unable to provide any firm information or assurance about the delay or bus arrival, further adding to the confusion. Was this information helpful? |
