Never book tickets from RedBus or travel with City Land Travels. Both are completely unprofessional and seem to be working together to loot people. I booked the bus from Kasol to Chandigarh, they did not give me any information about the boarding point of the bus and boarding point mention in message Kasol Private volvo parking even though I called them 4 times, and ask bus will departure from kasol volvo parking.
They said yes.When I called the driver, approx 8 pm, then driver said to me you will get bus from bhuntar. At the last moment I was not able to get a taxi, or any transport...

I booked ticket before 2 months for 700, my bus got canceled before 5 hours. They had other busses at the same time but they didn’t redirect to that busses and canceled the ticket. The price is increased to 1200 now. The travels are doing this for money . Worst travells ever experienced. I would like to file a complaint again the travels and request you to take action on them.

Dear Sir,
I am writing this complaint letter on behalf of my mother. I booked a ticket of Rs. 850.50 (PNR: CLT847220) with City Land Travels from Delhi to Haridwar on 9th April 2023. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with the services provided by the travel company. (PAYTM BOOKING ID:[protected])(Bus No.- UP-31 AT-3086)

On the day of the journey, we received a message at. 4:20 pm from the travel company that the bus timing has been shifted to 5:20 pm, just two hours before the original boarding time of 6:40 pm. We tried to contact the customer care twice to inform them that it won't be possible for us to reach the boarding point in such a short time, but they did not provide any satisfactory response.

Later, we received another message from the travel company that the boarding time had been again changed to 6:20 pm. We reached the boarding point by 6:13 pm and contacted customer care ([protected]) to ask for driver’s and vehicle details which as promised on the ticket that has been provided 30 mins to 1 hour before. We tried to contact the driver (Mr Mukesh Slb Ddn Pilot- [protected]) multiple times, but he did not answer our calls. We called the other numbers ([protected] and [protected]) and one of them told that he was going Dharamshala and advised us to call customer care. We called the customer care several times, and they repeatedly asked us to wait for 10-15 minutes for the bus to arrive, but it never did.

We waited until 8:15 pm, and then we called the customer care again to request a refund. They told us that they had registered our complaint and asked us to contact Paytm customer care to initiate the refund process. This was another waste of our time and a further delay in our journey.

We were left standing on the roadside for over 2 hours, waiting for the bus that never arrived. This caused us significant inconvenience and put us in a stressful situation. We were forced to listen to the company's endless excuses, which left us feeling harassed and frustrated. Later, I have called up in Paytm customer care and informed them the same day i.e. on 9th April 2023 but till today, the issue has not been resolved.

The company's lack of punctuality and failure to provide the service we paid for caused significant distress and inconvenience. It was imperative for my mother to travel on the day itself, and as a result of the company's negligence, she had to take a roadways bus at 9:00 pm, which was far from ideal. We feel let down and disappointed by the service provided.

The entire experience was extremely frustrating and stressful for my mother, who is 57 years old. We are deeply disappointed with the services provided by City land Travels and request immediate action to be taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. We also request a compensation for our time and effort wasted due to the company's negligence.
We hope that our complaint will be taken seriously, and necessary action will be taken to address the issue.

They told me that my bus had been delayed by an hour and then they didn't pick me up . And when I had asked them for a refund they said that they can't refund the money.

This is how message was recieved, with no driver details despite seeking customer support multiple times, no driver number was recieved. They told no number was there on their system even at 730 and was told he will call you.

Despite all this he made us go around the whole bypass twice due to wrong information, reaching 1 hour late. The bus was not of registered company name and was Sehgal transport with incredible india written over it.

On top of this the conductor was drunk and was asking 50 rs for baggage. Why Am I supposed to pay excess when I am already paying such a hiked amount for travel.

Highly unprofessional Bus service, should be condemned immediately for looting people.

I was travelling from Waknaghat (H.P.) to Delhi and the drop point was Majnu ka Teela. My parents were waiting there only. But, the bus dropped me off at some petrol pump 3 Km away from the drop point resulting in a big chaos. It took a long time for my parents to know exactly my whereabouts which caused stress and anxiety in all o[censored]s. This is unprofessional and irresponsible on the behalf of the bus staff and needs to be fixed.

Booked Volvo bus seats before 3 months, and after 2 days, i canceled the booking & they told me that we will initiate a refund in 48 hours, till this day I have done 30+ calls, but they are not doing a refund, every time I called they gave assurance of we will do by today only but never done.

First of all the bus driver and the conductor did not provide puke bags to the passengers and afterwards when a kid of approximately 9 years of age puked in the bus because he couldn't react to it when he felt nausea, the bus driver and the conductor asked him to clean the bus by picking up trash from outside and wiping the puke. This was really not done and showed his rude behavior.

This is a fraud bus service. I was left stranded in the middle of the night in delhi and no proper response was given. Rude and aggressive behaviour. Lies and frauds. False information being given. Kept waiting for more than 4 hours. Felt unsafe and vulnerable. Finally had to board another bus at 11: 45 pm. These guys must be punished for fraud and misbehaviour.

We boarded the bus from Delhi for Dalhousie. It was supposed to reach at 9 am but due to lack of knowledge, driver went the wrong way and it is almost 2 pm when we will reach our destination. Also, the person managing the services in bus asked us to pay Rs 50 per luggage bag and said these are luggage charges.

We get a call from their guy saying that the bus has got cancelled and we'll move you to a different bus which is 1 hour late. So I asked for cancellation and refund, then he agreed for it. Later we get another call from the same company saying the bus is not cancelled but it'll get delayed by 20 mins. I then asked what happened to the refund, he said we can't give refund and no one will promise refund in this case wherein the same company guy had promised to give refund. They must've realised they have to give 8 ticket refunds so they tried to deal with this situation this way. That 20 mins delay of the bus actually got to 2 hours delay. We kept standing on the road with ladies, children and old age people as I tried to request the driver to move the boarding point to a nearby hotel to make them rest till the bus comes, even the driver refused to do that after several requests. Cityland travels pathetic services. Claims to provide AC bus but AC was not working and there was no curtains on window. We were completely explosed to sunlight with no ventillation which results in vommitting, nausea and suffocation.
They are cheating the pasangers and drivers behavious is rude and drivings was very rash which can result in accident.

Delay of 3-4 hours, without any prior notification, I'll mannered drivers, smoking throughout the journey, my online booked seat was preoccupied, driver is misbehaving, took 10 hours instead of 7 hours in reaching to destination from Chandigarh to jammu. I strongly recommend not to travel, in City land travels buses, it's the worst journey of my life

On April 15, 2022 I have booked two tickets from Manali to Delhi (time:3:30 and bus number: RJ18PA9867)
The service agents as well as driver misbehaved with the passangers .After the two hours when the bus has left Manali, the driver took a u turn back to Manali.It tooks about an hour this to be noticed by passangers that they were going back to Manali about 20 km.The reason was to avoid the police checking.The police caught the bus and found it ineligible from three years and papers were found incomplete.The police ceased the bus to go forward and we were on the road at 10 pm.We had to spend more money to book another vehicle. All the experience was very bad with your services provided.Because you have deceived your passangers you're required to refund our money . You're requested to do it as soon as possible otherwise we'll have to take a legal action against your agency.Thank You.

This complaint is regarding a bus traveling right now from manali to Delhi. PNR 345113, which has started from manali today at 7 p.m.
The bus number is UP-83 T-3065. I have four seats.
This is worse. Can't sleep. Water is leaking on seats. The entire journey water has been sprinkling on me. I could not sit, sleep or travel.had to stand in the bus for hours.. even the once with me are hell irritated. We have wasted our money at such bad traveller. After a tiring journey nothing could have been worse than this. Highly disappointed. What is the point of paying such fares with this level of disappointed. Pathetic service, highly unprofessional worst experience of my life. Driver was extremely rude, unprofessional. Authorities are disgusting. They didnt inform about halt of 4 hours at Lakhanpur border for covid testing. Bus came 2 hours late. We took bus from Delhi to Katra but after travelling of even 16 hours, bus didnt reach at Jammu and refused to go to Katra. Driver didnt know even the route of Jammu bus stand. We have to got down in midway in Jammu and all our bookings of helicopter and Aarti darshan got cancelled. Our whole trip got spoiled and no body took responsibility from cityland travels after so many calls. Moreover bus's front windshield got broken off without any accident and driver was driving without any safety and it was highly risky for all passengers.

We have travelled from City land travel bus Delhi to Katra on 23.08.2021& schedules departure is 8:00 PM with bus no UP31 AT 3085, but bus came at 9:45...and moreover no responce from bus administration in spite of various follow ups... all persons from there side told lie to us. Moreover it’s fronst windshield broken on the way without any accident...then bus reach at 14:00 in noon to Jammu & refuse to Katra...when all passenger resist for the same then Drive told our all bused gathered here & then we send one bus with all passenger to Katra in that bus as so much diesel will consume...Drive is very rude & said i do not know anything as i am new to this route & do not know any thing...we called to bus office many times...every time they said we will revert & no phone calls...So our experience is very poor with city land travel...City land travel ruin our complete trip to mata vasihno devi as our all bookings of Helicopter & Aarti ticket got cancelled……...We rate is poor service...i also send massage after return but no response...as does not matter to them as they earn money & enjoy with the same...so why to listen to customer...

This was the worst experience ever. I had my bus from kasol to delhi at 7:30 pm which the company changed to 10:00 pm due to which we had to cancel our further tickets of 1400 from delhi to jaipur. Then came the issues of driver who started yelling at 9:30 to board the bus which made us leave our dinner and get in the bus but when we reached there the driver himself was not there in the bus. He came around 10:30 which made us realise that being punctual was the biggest mistake. And here comes the major blunder the bus stopped working at kasol chowk but the driver kept forcing it further which resulted in us being stuck in middle of road at midnight. The bus took 12 hours to reach Bhuntar from kasol which resulted in many delays among which one was that the people had to miss their flights. No action was taken at the time they kept on pushing the bus so that people don’t get down and ask for refund.

I have booked ticket for Volvo from Delhi to Dharamshala. The bus is not Volvo. The bus departure is delayed by about 5-6 hours. The bus stopped at Delhi haryana border for about 2 hours.
Bus number is UP22T 9322. Scheduled time was 10 30 pm 13th April 2017 and was scheduled to reach destination at 9 am 14th April 2017. But due to their pathetic service, the bus is delayed by 5-6 hours.

On 1 October 2015, i booked a ticket for my sister Radhika Sharma of city land travels from Chandigarh to Dharamshala via Go Ibibo. The timing of bus as per ticket was 11:30 PM, she reached the bus stand, Sector 43 at 11:00 PM and waited there upto mornin 5:00 AM. Also she repeatly kept calling the helpline number : [protected], they kept her misleading that bus is on the way, but bus didn't came and she came back. As a result she missed the bus plus she fell ill because of sitting in open in cold night. I want a detailed explanation plus refund. Otherwise it is better to go Consumer court.

The bus was supposed to arrive at 7 30 but arrived at 9 30. It broke down in the middle of the road at 1 am at night from mandi to delhi. No arrangements were made for an alternate bus since the 'responsible' managers had their phones switched off, and neither did the driver admit he could not fix the bus.
