Never book tickets from RedBus or travel with City Land Travels. Both are completely unprofessional and seem to be working together to loot people. The call center management is careless, and City Land Travels is a fraud company. Driver Rahul (real basturd), bus number UP-17-AT-2433, mobile no. [protected], ran away with the bus without picking me up. The helpline number [protected] is useless during emergencies, especially at night. They are not refunding the money and show no concern for customers. Their behavior is rude and disrespectful. Avoid RedBus and City Land Travels if you value your time, money, and safety.
