This was the worst experience ever. I had my bus from kasol to delhi at 7:30 pm which the company changed to 10:00 pm due to which we had to cancel our further tickets of 1400 from delhi to jaipur. Then came the issues of driver who started yelling at 9:30 to board the bus which made us leave our dinner and get in the bus but when we reached there the driver himself was not there in the bus. He came around 10:30 which made us realise that being punctual was the biggest mistake. And here comes the major blunder the bus stopped working at kasol chowk but the driver kept forcing it further which resulted in us being stuck in middle of road at midnight. The bus took 12 hours to reach Bhuntar from kasol which resulted in many delays among which one was that the people had to miss their flights. No action was taken at the time they kept on pushing the bus so that people don’t get down and ask for refund.
