On 1 October 2015, i booked a ticket for my sister Radhika Sharma of city land travels from Chandigarh to Dharamshala via Go Ibibo. The timing of bus as per ticket was 11:30 PM, she reached the bus stand, Sector 43 at 11:00 PM and waited there upto mornin 5:00 AM. Also she repeatly kept calling the helpline number : [protected], they kept her misleading that bus is on the way, but bus didn't came and she came back.
As a result she missed the bus plus she fell ill because of sitting in open in cold night.
I want a detailed explanation plus refund.
