I am 4.5 monthes pregnent woman and gone for my regular checkup to civil hospital sector 22 chandigarh, but there i and many other patients are wating for there turn, but the no. On the number board is constant for last 2 hrs, if i ask the security guard why she is not rotating the number, then she replied that doctors are having breakfast after that i have again asked her she replied they are having tea now, we wait for more then 2 hours but still doctors are having tea and breakfast. They don't have any responsibility about patients, they not doing there work with responsibility.
