Respected Concern Authority,
It is to inform you that I had done Online booking of YESDI ROADSTER was done on 10/11/2022 by paying Rs. 5000, and received the Payment ID[protected] after successful transaction .But, still (6 DAYS COMPLETED ) not received the Booking ID,
Mailed this matter on Jawa Helpline 5 times but issue has not been resolved.
The staff at YEZDI Helpline number [protected] are just saying that issue is being escalated but actually not providing me the Booking ID after so long period.
Therefore it is requested to please look into this matter urgently & resolve my issue soon as possible
