Booking problem
Respected Concern Authority,
It is to inform you that I had done Online booking of YESDI ROADSTER was done on 10/11/2022 by paying Rs. 5000, and received the Payment ID[protected] after successful transaction .But, still (6 DAYS COMPLETED ) not received the Booking ID,
Mailed this matter on Jawa Helpline 5 times but issue has not been resolved.
The staff at YEZDI Helpline number [protected] are just saying that issue is being escalated but actually not providing me the Booking ID after so long period.
Therefore it is requested to please look into this matter urgently & resolve my issue soon as possible

Bike starting issue and engine oil leakage

Purchased bike on 1st September and took delivery on 7th sept 2020, said bike is having repeated starting issues, they have changed battery 4 times with excise latest with amaron, but head is leaking and it's only 1400km, but towed bike for more than 20 times, Registration No: MH48BX4292
Now bike is in jawa vasai showroom, even after repeated mails to jawa care, there is no statement as to why they are not able to resolve the issue once and for all.

refund not received - perak booking cancellation

I have booked jawa perak on 4th feb 2020 through online for rs.10000. My booking id is jawa[protected].
I have cancelled the booking on 7th feb 2020 through online. I have received confirmation by mail that payment will be transferred within 72 hours to my account. But still not received any payment. Many time spoken to customer care & wrote lot of mails. From call center not providing concern person contact number.
If any one higher officials of jawa. Please look into this & resolve

Mailed this matter on Jawa Helpline ([protected]@jawamotorcycles.com) 4 times but issue has not been resolved.
The staff at Jawa Helpline number [protected] are just saying that issue is being escalated but actually not providing me the Booking ID after so long period.Repetedly contacted with Mr. Bhargav Patel but all discussions were futile.
Therefore it is requested to please look into this matter urgently & reply.
