I have registered with travel agency membership by paying amount Rs60000and all details, terms & conditions written on stamp paper.
poor customer service i want to cancelled membership .There customer service not satisfying everytime we book there complimentory services they shows different reasons and late reply everytime. We have to change our plan because of there service. We brought there membership Dec 2019. Because of lockdown we didnt use there services. But now we use there movie ticket one time and BBQ Nation service 4 times. Every time we have to change our plan just because of there service and late reply.
We want to cancel the membership because of poor service and there employee argument. Every time they proo[censored]s wrong and there right and very arguing and these is last time they say next time not happened. Give us a chance, but its been 3rd time same thing happens.
Thats why we want to cancel membership and i want refund money But they denied.
