We are existing members of this company, and have utilised half of the package but its totally waste of money. They will not respond calls unless you do for minimum 10-20 times. No trip planner only hotel bookings are done by them, in which they are taking 7000rs per trip from you except 75000 package and provide 15-1600rs cost no star hotels. currently not providing any trip or refund also, we are very frustrated with these people. very...

Since when we took Classic pride Ltd., membership it's just mental harassment from the company.
Absolutely no one supports you for the resort booking or agreed complimentary things (dinner/lunch etc.).

on 10th Oct23, we sent request for resort booking for 1st Dec'23, and no reply at all. Only after 10 times follow-up we got reply as 'we will update you soon', later after 10 days same response they gave ! Then they...

This classic pride agency is completely fraud they will call to take their membership they will talk in very polite manner and at the time of service they not give any kind of service. This agency is completely fraud they have taken 1 lahk 20 thousand and have not give any service to us. Pls don't take membership it is waste of money...

I have registered with travel agency membership by paying amount Rs60000and all details, terms & conditions written on stamp paper.

poor customer service i want to cancelled membership .There customer service not satisfying everytime we book there complimentory services they shows different reasons and late reply everytime....

I have registered with travel agency membership by paying amount rs. 10k and all details, terms & conditions written on stamp paper.

After few days due to poor customer service i have cancelled membership within 15 days. As per stamp paper, it has been mentioned that if membership cancelled within 15 days 100% amount shall be refundable.

But, they are delaying to refund amount.

Please suggest...
