I received call and whatsapp messages from +[protected] to do typing work of filling forms online. On this call they asked me to give my aadhar card and digital signature. From my aadhar card they copied my signature on an agreement saying that if i do not do this typing then i will pay rs 3999. I refused to do this typing work.

Then they send me sms saying that court case has been registered, court hearing date, room number.

1. Sms phone number they used is without country code +91. It only has eight digit number. Such number are used via skype calling which uses no country code. The numbers (Without country code) they used to send sms are 27268787, 24268787.

2. Why are they using skype messaging?

3. The sms reads : : this is to inform you that your case has been registered in session court of surat (Gujarat). You will get the details about the court room and date of hearing. Call for more details +91 [protected].

Why am i being asked to call on this mobile number? Which court in india tells client to call for details about court hearing?


4. I did not sign digitally on any document. How can they force me to sign digitally on any document?

5. Giving aadhar card details does not make for personally signing any legal document. I repeat - my aadhar card details do not make that i personally signed digitally or in person.

This company forced write on their document - that i may give my digital signature. I repeat again - i did not sign digitally or in person.

If they claim that i signed digitally on their own then the company or organisation does this illegally.
