Clear Car Rentals — Cab Booking

I had booked cab from them from 20.11.21 to 21.11.21 from Gaya to Deogarh to Patna and paid Rs.2594/- as advance on 16.11.21. But on 20th Nov. received following message from them

The full refund will be provided against this booking as we are unable to provide the service.The refund will be made to the same source from where the payment was received within 7 working days.

But No REFUND RECEIVED TILL DATE.
