Dear Team,

I nayan Desai booked a travel trip in clear holiday 6599 prmotional package as on 20.04.2016 and also payment did on same day today i am unable to contact them for booking of hotel/resort issue

Today i am unable to find Hotel booking confirmation and if hotel/resort are booked then it travel consult not paid to him in that situation if they charged from me then its meaning less
