Clear Trip — Railway ticket | |||||
I bought railway ticket from www.cleartrip.com on 22/11/2015 I got email back that the booking didn't go though but my debit card been changed.(as show below) I have been waiting until today 25/11/2015 to get more email from them either I will have my ticket or I will get my refund. I have written to cleartrip twice but got nothing back from them. Please help to sort this problem. I'm still willing to have my ticket but if it's not possible, please do refund process.
