Clear Trips — no refund

Hi,

Post discussion with clear trips, (Contact person ashok : [protected]). I paid 46000 rupees to clear trips for my andaman trip. After paying they said that they are not able to proceed with selected date hence they will do refund and sent email that they will do refund in 8-10 days.

When i contacted in middle again they said that they will do it 15th of nov but still today that is 18th of nov, i did not get my refund.

I am concerned about my money, during my discussion ashok he said many thing and also said he can initiate refund immediately if not booked my andaman trip. When they are more confident about their process than why did they not refund till today.

Now when i tried to call the above number its coming as switch off and no response to my emails.

If additional information want i can share company account number and communication emails too.

I request could you resolve this issue asap
