I purchased a self ITR filing plan from cleartax on their website on 28/12/2022 for INR 649.65 and the order Id is OD[protected]. The ITR filing failed due to technical error but did not get the refund back or did not have any option to get my money back that was deducted. When I called their customer care someone not from the refund team picked up and said I will receive it after 31st and to drop an email to [protected]@cleartax.in .I have dropped multiple emails but no response and also whenever I call their customer care no body picks up despite waiting for hours on the call. I would like to report that this is a fraud committed by them where they deduct amount for a service they can't provide and cheat us with our money without any response regarding refund
