Dec 16 2020 CLEARTRIP send an email to me notifying that my flight booking was re scheduled by the airline from 1st January 2021 to 24th January 2021. as per their email just coordinate with them once the rescheduled flight is not good with me, which i did right away upon receipt of their email, I requested to re schedule the flight on the 25th January 2021. But no clear response from them aside from the auto generated emails. Since then, I've been chasing them everyday and trying to call them at their contact number from Dubai (+[protected]) and India number ([protected]/ [protected]); They are just stating the same dialog and no resolution was given every time we are getting in touch with them. as if they don't have any idea of what is my case is and you need to again tell the full details to them from the start all over again. They are insisting me to pay for the no show charges for the missed flight last 4th January which totally their responsibility. until now we are chasing them and it always ends up to nothing. We are just requesting the ticket to be rebooked on 4th February 2021. As we need the ticket copy ASAP. Hoping for your assistance please. Best regards, Was this information helpful? | |||
