Cleartrip — Airline cancelled ticket and issued full refund but agency is doing fraud

It is really shameful to inform you that Cleartrip is a clearfraud company. My Flight Trip Id[protected] with PNR KU9MRY is being cancelled by airline due to operational issue . Full refund is being processed by the Airline. But this company named Cleartrip is doing huge fraud. They are charging Airline Cancellation fee and taxes on their behalf, which is a clearfraud. Shame on you. I will request everyone to stay away from this fraud Company. (Details attached)
