I booked a trip last March 3, which is Bangkok to Dubai, unfortunately, I received an email last week of March, that the timings were changed by the airlines which is OMAN AIR, so at that time I thought I still have a good deal so I confirmed it. But then, I decided to cancel it because I found a cheaper price for the same trip. I request a cancellation and they confirmed it April 21. To make the story short I called them several times, and yet I haven't received my money back. I believe I waited long enough for this, I am tired of getting the same answer from their customer service. I hope I can get my full refund.
