Cleartrip — amount debited but booking is not done

I had booked 3 tickets of water kingdom yesterday but the booking is not done and the amount is debited.I couldn't even contact them because the trip is not booked so trip Id is not generated and for contacting them trip id is required. And there is no email Id where we can write a mail for getting support.Please resolve my problem at the earliest.
