Cleartrip — amount deducted but no ticket

I have booked my ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad two way from cleartrip website and the amount was around 18, 000 and my money was deducted from my account and all I got was a blank white screen after the otp for my card has been entered and I've received no mail or message about the booking
The customer care numbers are not even connecting.i have no clue what to do
