Cleartrip — amount deducted from my bank account and, cleartrip says payment unsuccessful not received refund yet

I paid rs. 11462/- on 23rd june 2020 to book a air ticket, my bank account has been debited and the amount has been transferred to cleartrip account. I have written to cleartrip also with transaction details. Also another problem which i experienced that their customer care number not providing any support to customer. We have to only go through cleartrip website where i could not find any option to register my complaint. I wrote to customercare email id but yet not received any update from them.

Requesting cleartrip to refund my amount at the earliest.
