Cleartrip — amount not refunded

Clear trip id :[protected] case id[protected] rs 400 which company as charge for flight window seat from bom to cok still not refund i am calling always saying that 28/06/2019 we have escalate complaint from our side but finance team to give reply i request you kindly refund my amount from clear trip company always give fake answer wait for 48 hour
