Cleartrip — baggage in ticket booking | |||||
This is reference to the resent air ticket booking thru clear trip, while the time of booking it is not showing baggage allowance information in booking portal, when i call in customer care only i will come to know what is my actual baggage allowance but it is not more than 20 kg, at the same time airlines company is offering 30 kg with the same fair. This is absolutely misleading the regular customer like me and it is injustice. To resolve my anxiousness please add baggage allowance information while the time of booking. We booked flight ticket from Dubai to Mumbai on 26th June 2018 but due to time confusion we missed flight and then asked for refund. I got an email that there is zero refund. How is this possible. Same day your call Centre people told us that we will get refund but email says no refund. Please inquire. Trip id: [protected]. Very bad service.
