The customer service was good but that didnt ensure a full refund for my cancelled ticket. My first booking ([protected]) wasnt a success as "the trip was no more available" and cleartrip directed me to the list of flights scheduled for 25th aug and i immediately booked another one ([protected]). Then when i checked my mail 2 tickets were confirmed. Considering that i applied for cancellation within 20 minutes and contacted the customer care and narrated the situation, i hoped to get a full refund. But since i havent got a positive response yet, i would avoid cleartrip from now on. All my family have been booking flights on cleartrip this year, but since we have lost confidence in the service and have lost the sum for no fault on our part, we are complelled to choose another option.
