Cleartrip — booking cancelled after confirmation | |||
Sushil this side, I booked a hotel named “silverine” in shimla for 4 nights. When we booked it we got the confirmation then and there. After 24 hours of confirmation we got a call from cleartrip saying the our booking has been cancelled due to rate fluctuations which is not acceptable and against the cleartrip policy. I tried to book flight ticket on 10july worth Rs 15500 via cleartrip. After deduction of money, no sms or mail for ticket confirmation received. What to do now?

The cleartrip is showing the status as "TRANSACTION FAILED".
