I had booked a hotel in Kodaikanal with my Trip id [protected] from 15th Aug- 17th Aug, There was a unfortunate death in the family, so I had to cancel the booking. We cancelled the booking on 10th Aug at 10pm. After a lot of argument with the representative, and cross checking with the hotel he agreed to refund the entire amount as per the policy within 7-8 days. When I asked him for a reference number, he said the line is recorded and does not need a reference number. When I checked my account even after 10 days, there was no refund, and to my surprise when I called back the next time the representative said that there is no note for refund at all. I have made such 8-10 calls. Each call lasts more than 30 minutes on a STD line. Every time the representative picks I need to mention him the entire story. All illiterates are employed here, they don't know what should be done as a next step. This is a utter fraud company, they are eating the money of their customers. They don't even understand some bodies pains. Every time you call the representative he/she says I understand your problem, but none of these nerds can do anything.I want a case to be filed against this people.Prior to complaining here also i had made a call, but again that too went in vain.
