Cleartrip — booking conversion from website booking from phone booking | |||
Dear sir/madam Date of incident:-16/05/2019 I have booked a round trip ticket from hyderabad to kochin. When i am trying to make the payment, my credit card payment was declined and i am trying to make the payment through another credit card.in the mean while i got a call from one of executives of clear trip and said that they are going to send the link for making the payment, i said ok and i have done the payment. After making the payment i got another call from cleartrip about the confirmation of my trip and passengers details. Atlast he said your booking has been done through phone facility but not through website. When i am trying to make the payment through website i have sellected for the cash back offer of rs.1150/-. Now the executive of cleartrip is saying that you are not eligible for this cash back offer as you have booked the flight through phone facility. The conversion of facility from website to phone was done intentionally by cleartrip for there benefit Was this information helpful? | |||
