I booked a ticket for two adults for sector lucknow - Jodhpur via delhi for 6th feb and return on 7th feb same route. This was done on my mobile app. On getting confirmation i saw that the return sector was wrongly booked as Jodhpur - lko via Mumbai instead of del and that too after an overnite halt. I immediately called up Cleartrip and informed them that maybe by mistake i chose wrong option and since its only a mistake am informing them within ten minutes of my booking. But they made me pay Rs 6000/- extra apart from difference in Airline charges which i felt was unfair since i had informed them immediately. They say that this charge is an Airline charge and cannot be refunded. If this is the case then i will advice all not to use their Mobile app or make online bookings because we have to pay heavily for small mistakes. I shall in fact prefer to book thru Agents in my city since that would be safer. I will request for a refund of this amount.
