Cleartrip — booking of air ticket | |||
I booked a air ticket from delhi to srinagar on 29 march 19. My booking id is[protected]. After booking i didn't receive any conformation regarding my booking, so i booked that ticket from different website but after nearly 40 min i got a mail for my booked ticket from clear trip. Now i want a refund from your side and explanation regarding the delay from your side. Was this information helpful? | |||

There is no obligation of travel agent to issue the ticket immedietely, untill other rules are stated at the site of the travel agent.
Usually, the air ticket can be issued within 24 hours follwing the reservation and payment are done.
