Cleartrip — Cancellation amount not yet refunded

I had booked a flight from calicut to hyderabad on December 16th. However due to unfortune reasons, I had to cancel the ticket on the same day. The trip ID is [protected].
On cancellation, the company had mailed me a refund amount, which would be credited within few days from the date of cancellation.
Its been long that I haven't received any refund on this regard.
Kindly see to it and do the needful.

It's been going to be 4 weeks since I din't got my either of the refund that is flight ID is ([protected])and train ticket ID is ([protected]) so please kindly refund it back as soon as possible...
