Cleartrip — charged for a flight and ticket was not booked

Yesterday i tried to book a flight ticket via cleartrip frpm delhi to ahmedabad. My icket was not booked but the amount was deducted from my bank account.

None of the cleartrip numbers are working/responding.

I filed a complaint with customer care and they mailed me a case id but have not responded since when the website says that they will respond within four hours,
