Cleartrip — Charging more than ticket | |||
My name is praveen i am working in abu dhabi i booked a ticket from cleartrip.ae for the date on 21-10-15 . due to some emergency i want to extend my ticket but. while talking to customer service they were charging me more then of my ticket. i was shocked to hear .even i call them before 10 days of my journey . i have very bad exprience with cleartrip now i have to travel on 29-10-15 but no response from them till now. really i am hurted a lot .i will never recommend my friends to booked ticket from cleartrip because i dont them to suffer like me my trip id is[protected]. even customer service was talking rude to me.
