Bought a 'flexifly' option that allows you to reschedule for free (Except airline charges). I had to change my flight. I was asked to pay the full amount at the time of rescheduling, from which the cleartrip charges (2225+300) will be refunded within 7-8 working days since i had bought the flexi fly option.
It has almost been 2 months and i havent received any amount.
Called their customer care 5 times and everytime they say - we will escalate the matter. Actually this option is provided by digit insurance, so they will contact you and will tell you the status.
I havent received any call/ email/ sms. I bought this option from cleartrip but now they are off loading the responsibility on digit insurance. What a scam!!
