Cleartrip — check out timing not conveyed to hotel | |||
I have booked three rooms for 9 guests using your website. The check out time given to us was 11pm but the same has not been conveyed to the hotel staff and thus making them book the rooms according to 11am check out time procedure. We tried calling the customer care number but we were waiting for more than 10 mins and the call got disconnected because of no response. After multi attempts to reach customer care executives told us that they would get back to us within 15 minutes but that never happened. We need immediate help!! Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked 8 flight ticket from cleartrip, ticket amount and charges were also deducted from pay zapp account and not received any confirmation for booking neither phone msg. Or e-mail.so deducted amount transferred to my Wallet as soon as possible.
